HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER AND HOW IT IS PROCESSED
When you make a booking process, you will be asked to choose pickup location, destination location, receiver name, receiver phone number, item price, date, and fill out all the information.
X Business is responsible for returns and refunds 100% for you unless:
- Losing item that made by our delivery staff
- Losing money which collected from receiver that made our delivery staff
Note: Returns and refunds 50% for any items such as Glasses, easy breakable items, and you must clarify with delivery before sending the items.
